Rules and Ethics Incident Report

Rules & Ethics Incident Report

The Northwest Chargers Hockey Association considers the health and safety of our players, coaches, & families as one of our highest priorities.  It is for this reason that the Rules & Ethics Committee takes each reported incident of impropriety seriously and will initiate a thorough investigation of the reported offense once the Rules & Ethics Committee has determined that an infraction has indeed occurred, based on the current published policies.  Members of the Northwest Chargers Hockey Association community will be held to a higher standard, and all involved parties will be held accountable. In some cases, and if the action requires such measures, offending parties may also be referred to a higher authority, such as USA Hockey, AHAI, and/or local law enforcement, for further investigation.  Any questions regarding current policies and procedures shall first be independently reviewed, by the complaining party, on the Northwest Chargers Hockey Association website under the “Documents and Policies” tab before any formal investigation begins.
